9 grain bread (2 slices)
hummus ( I used roasted garlic ) to spread on both pieces of bread
pitted Kalamata Olives (about a handful)
fresh baby spinach (about a handful)
1 whole avocado, sliced (you can use half if you desire)
1 slice of cheese alternative (I used Soy)
