Changing my is not easy!

Ok. I am TRYING hard to eat better so that I can feel better. It's been two days now (almost 3 full days) of no dairy and meat (OK, confession, had to have the half 'n half in my coffee, splashes:)

Here are some things I bought to help change:

I HIGHLY recommend this book for any person with or without any medical conditions!!!
